The Vodafone store located in kasba, kolkata has barred me from using my internet services and they has also barred me from receiving SMS in my Vodafone sim l. I am unable to use such services above mentioned from last 2 days. I visited many times but they are unable to help me from this and they are delaying this everytime. I could not receive any messages on my phone number even the banks messages could not be communicated to me sent from them.
Kindly look into this matter as fast as possible.
