Dear sir,
Hello sir I am omprakash, here my complaint again Vodafone. The company are starting one value added service which name Sachin MB without my promise and they charge 45 rupee.
I am not know about this service and never use this service, when me know that that type service are started my number without my consent, I am request them stop that service and refund my money. But they refuse to return my money.
It is fully cheating by company without my consent they start serving and deduct my balance 45 rupee.
Kindly mention my complaint and give me satisfaction solution about this.
