I booked Ola auto from semmenchery to Abode valley near SRM kattankulathur. The vehicle broke down near Hindustan institute of technology and the driver left me stranded on roads. He demanded that I give extra cash . There was no safety guarantee to me. I tried getting support from ola following the necessary steps but it all lead me to a dead end and aslt the last I didn’t receive any message from customer service or any calls not even refund.Will ola take responsibility? against this action
