Text of Complaint by FIRDOUS AHMAD BHAT:

i have booked a ticket on travolook, but after few minutes i received the mail that my ticket has been cancelled and now it has been more than 6 months but they didn’t refund the amount of 7586, even after calling, mailing they remain inert.

  2. Similar thing happened to me, they told every time to wait for 7 working day. After 3 months I sent them. A legal notice with all proofs and I got my refund with in 24 hrs.
