I booked an air ticket on 20 April 2021 booking with travolook: REF 111968403 but the booking is cancelled by travolook due to an operational reason. The support team said that within 10 to 15 days amount will be refunded to my account, still, I have not received my refund amount it has been 27 days .fraud travel agency. please take appropriate action and get my refund to me.
