I had transferred a sum of Rs 20000 upon insistence from the director of the company as advance for a trip to Bhutan. So I had to cancel the trip & asked for a refund on call. He didn’t communicate anything and waited till the 2/4 weeks until the time for refund according to their policy was over, and then said now we can only extend the trip and issue no refund. Now he says the extension time is also over.
