We have called the technician,by calling tata sky helpline . The technician took away the set top box on 24th Oct and has not returned the same until now . We have been calling the helpline and getting nothing but false and empty promises. Is that the kind of service TATA Sky provides . We feel cheated and regret the day we opted for your service .
