Good day for you but it’s been very bad day for us since last 16 days !!!!

We had been customer of Jio’s network since last 4 Months (July-2022 to Sep-22). We had started facing network issue in Jio on last Sep 27, Immediately we had raised a complaint with Jio Support team, they told that would take sometimes to fix the issue (More than one week as per their statement).

Since, we’re working in IT industry, so, we were not able to continue with Jio netwrok due to our day-to-day (office work (wfh mode)). So, we requested them to the close the connection from our end and pick up the Modem from our home.

It’s been more than 16 Days, since they are not coming and collecting the asset from our home. Whenever, we’re calling them, they used to say like, the tech person will today or tomorrow. This is how it’s going past 2 weeks. but, no more update from your side.

It’s a worst support I ever seen (in Jio network). It’s a big headache for us. This is how you’re giving support to your customer? I supposed to get refund amount from your side. But, so far i’ve not got any refund amount from the Jio network.
