I have signed up for Two teacher Advantage Byju’s Classes for all subjects from the 7th standard till 10 Standard for my Son on 15 th January 2022. Byjus had only taken live classes for the 7 th standard for Maths and science only. For 8 standard there was no intimation for live classes at all for any subjects. I have paid Rs 78,000 in 16 EMI of Rs 4875 till June 2023. No one from byjus is ready to answer my query as to why there was no live classes for my son. I stopped the payment for the month of July 2023. I am getting repeated number of calls from the accounts department demanding to make the payment towards the EMI. But no one is giving me an answer as to why the 8 th standard classes is not be conducted for any subject.
