Hello respected sir/mam
We wanted to update our esic card.we want to the main office of icsil(okhla) the receptionist there were too rude with us.we just asked her to update the card with all needed documents. But they deny rudely and missbehaved with my elder brother.Then i again asked but she replied rudely we will not do it do whatever you can. They were not denying from giving back the documents and when we talked with the coordinator and tells him our problems they laughed and supported his staff.
This was unbearable the receptionist was shouting on us and behaved too rudely..
