I booked ticket on 23 7 2023 for swat from faizabad terminal I reached at 1 30 and received my ticket but waited till 4 pm I gone to swat window counter he didn’t excuse but told me on harsh way that it’s just the vehicle fault not my and throw my thousand rupee toward me
And makes me dishearten
Then I gone to daewoo terminal there staff were respectful polite obedient and supportive
So I request to you please teach ethical and moral value to your staff that how to guide passenger
A great large nation wide service having cheapest immoral staff which having lack of discipline
