On 23rd July a message came to my phone from airtel saying that the services in Darjeeling is getting upgraded and that for better internet i should change to a 4G handset. I am currently using a 3G mobile. Throughout yesterday(24th july ) my sim card was not working. It read ’emergency calls only’. At the same time my recharge was over and on the 24th when i recharged my number, the recharge was unsuccessful. I did not receive any message stating that the recharge was successful. my number is not working even today. Kindly help me with this.
