Sir,
I am a retired Army (Special Force) Officer belongs to Indore.
The SFT PVT LTD NODA had an ad on a kitchen products plus other two items which I had ordered by paying online under Ref Nos. 1. IGALVSTJI1, 2. IGALVSPLP0, 3. IGALVSQRJ0 (all three payments were done on 26.8.21 having amonts of Rs 155.82 each), which they assured to reach by 29.09.2021, but it have not done as said.
Therefore, I request complaint against the Company to arrange not only to refund all three payments/amounts they received through Razor Payment Gateway (RAZORPAY S) but also penalise very strongly so that they should feel our anti-corruption foolproof actions against crime and strong Judiciary system as an example in future for others too.
