I am a one of the resident from Hyderabad. I want to complain about the act fibre services. They are looting people. People take their such costly internet plans but they don’t provide proper service. Every day or the other there internet doesn’t work. When we complain they take action very slow after 2 days. What is the use of we taking the monthly plans when 15 to 20 days the internet doesn’t work. When we talk to the customer care they just say its technical issue and they are solving it. This same thing keeps repeating every other day. Please I want you to take strict & quick action on this. I am not the only one everyone in our society is facing the same issue. And may be in other near by areas too. I need my internet working as I pay for it otherwise i want my full money refunded
