The Testbook app asked customers to purchase subscription for 18 month and promised access to mock tests and previous year papers also
But now they have introduced new “Pro” subscription and have moved the previous year questions to pro subscription
But how can you change the service conditions after taking payment and promising it before we took subscription
Thousands of students are facing the same problem please help as they are taking profit by scamming innocent students and not responding to complaints at all.
