Went to the store for porting my SIM because of poor network connectivity in my area, got a call the next day sying it is from JIO instead of asking the reason for opting for this option this guy asked me to type Cancel to 1900 to initiate further process. I have received a text saying if I want to cancel the porting request do the same thing after asking him he said both the companies have different procedures so please do it.
Like I cant even get to the executive of airtel customer care, the trust I have on Airtel has completely gone. The funny thing is I have to spend money to port AGAIN!!!
