I have ask to pay the file charge of Rs 2800 and then they say that you have to pay the duty chargers of Rs 10500 and i pais that alsoo now there telling to pay the insurance policy charge of Rs 12435 and they are only frauding the customers they are not giving the loan amount to you

Absolutely.. these guys are cheats. They did the same with me.. from me they have taken 40500.00 INR and have not released my loan.
Do not pay the 12000.00 they will not return that too.. they will keep asking for more money.
I have already initiated a legal process against them. When I asked for refund they say 45 days to refund. There director Rajat Aggarwal is a crook.. he is scamming people.
