I applied on LinkedIn regarding work from home based job. I got a call from a girl named as Komal regarding data entry work for resume search in night. And, next morning they send me a mail attached with their agreement and she forced me to skip all the pages that there was nothing as much important. I signed this online agreement and then I read this agreement, there was nothing favorable for us. they said if u failed to complete the work, then candidate need to pay to the company, and they assigned a task that was almost impossible but I finish it within the time limit by spending my day and night in it. After that when the task got submitted they said that 72 resumes are not up to to the quality. I am attaching the screenshot that how they check quality just to ask money from the candidate by blackmailing them. They are asking me to pay portal charges now.
Its my humble request team, people are already facing a lot due to high unemployment & pandemic in India and such companies are looting money from unemployed youth who want to earn something for their living. Please take a strict action against such people. I have all the details related to their work such as their so called agreement and screen shots of my submitted work, please ask if anything else is required for the same.
