I purchased a Sofa from Gozefo and pre paid from my card amount of ₹10,648. Due to some issue Gozefo was not able to deliver the Sofa and said they processesed the amount back, its been 1 month. I am constantly emailing the company and showed my bank account statement too. Also had a call with my bank. now there is no contact with them neither they are replying about the refund.
