Dear Jio,
Please be inform that I have jio number 7008524215. Upto my last recharge I am availing the Rs.50 redeem voucher. But today 12/03/2020 when I check my balance voucher in myjio app, its shown balance 32 nos vouchers are redeemed on 5th & 6th February 2020. It is to put in write that without any information / message the vouchers were redeemed. When I call to customer care they told that the validity period for those vouchers are upto Feb-2020. But when I searched the website it shows the validity is upto 31st May 2022. As a premium customer of JIO, I need my voucher back to my account. Please take necessary action for solve this asap or I shall act as per court of law.
