I am Bhanu teja. I went to a movie shaakunthalam on today date(14-04-2023) to a first show in a surya palace Theatre, near godavari railway station, RAJAHMUNDRY.
Before playing movie they have shown some product advertisements and movie trailer.. While playing on the screen I have found that it was playing as clumsy and it is not clear… I thought because of the movie is on 3d the projector may be in 3d mode… So I took lite and when the show started… The picture of the movie is not clear even the face of the year are also unable to identify… That is how the worst the show is playing on the screen… On the next moment I have asked a person near the door who is giving 3d glasses to all… He said I know that picture on the screen is not good from the morning I told manger but he didn’t responding iam not responsible for that go and ask management or otherwise see few minutes..if it play better after some time later…i just waited upto interval but the movie is becoming worst than before… In interval i went to manager and asked regarding it in a polite manner… But he became anger and shouted on me ” i know about it, this is my theatre you just get out”… He also threatened me if I told to anyone he will take strong action on me… And he is about to beat me saying don’t say to anyone. The projector operator also know that the picture is not playing well while he is speaking about that the manager silented him by shouting on him tooo… All the people in theater also shocked why the movie is appearing like this… Few of them who are new to 3d film thought the 3d film would be like this… But few young people got frightened after knowing that the management is so rude and they showing rowdism. They said we are here with families we can’t go for quarrels like this as the management is so rude with people… As iam also went with my mom iam also became silent… But they have warned me regarding this.. Please take an serious action on theater management because of their rash and rude behaviour and negligence in the theatre management….. I also warned them that I will file a complaint against them he said that.. Do what ever you went… I don’t care about government…
