I have recharged Rs 399 to my Joi prepaid No: 8618897919 on 02.03.2019 at 21.40. Previous plan( up to 12.03.2019) was in operation. The new recharge which was done onĀ 02.03.2019 is supposed to be in operation from 13.03.2019, but it was not activated. when I checked my recharge history I found Rs 399 was deducted in my account. Then I had a telephonic conversation with jio CC personnel and he told me that it was a wrong recharged, so it was deducted. After half an hour when I tried to contact with jio helpline 1800-889-9333, they kept my call hold for more than 30mins by telling that my senior is busy with other call. Finally I have to forcefully end the call.
The screen shot of recharge history is attached herewith. So do the needful, so that my lost recharged amount will be recovered soon.
