Text of Complaint by Prakash:

We recently recharged a data pack on the airtel number 9892354334 through the airtel app and net banking with credit card. We received a notification that the amount had been received on the phone and it had been deducted from the card. But the app says the recharge is still pending. Please provide an answer to this and also an number where we can talk to someone regarding this issue. Revert ASAP
