I did a recharge on 3rd April that expired on 3rd May. Then I got a text that my plan is expiring on 2nd June and it worked till 2nd July. Today I got a message that my recharge date is 1st August. What is this utter nonsense?! Considering I couldn’t even use my wifi for six days in July due to their ridiculous customer care services, they shouldn’t even be asking me for the money let aloan shifting back the dates. Pathetic people.
