I have ordered surfexcel matic liquid 4 liters but only 2 liters has been delivered. While trying to raise the complaint at first instance it asked me to wait for 24hours from the time of delivery and after 24 hours again if i call the call is not getting connected to the customer care even after trying for more than 10 times and this is web app based call and there is no other option of calling Amazon.
