I am ramesh reddy from hyderabad and my order Id: 1227403428 , Bank Reference No 202069770720880
on 27th Nov on online we have ordered oneplus bluethooth earphones ( 1 + 1) and based on the photos you have displayed in the website we have given the order and to our surprise on receipt on the order the products are completely different ( low quality ear pods) there is no name on it and they are also not working at all
i would like take back your product and refund our money back ASAP
