The product which I received was not having all the parts and now they are denying to return the product

Text of Complaint by Shreyansh Srivastava:

I bought a product on 7 june 2022 named as
SIMSAN Store Organisers Shoe Rack with cover for home 4 shelves Multipurpose Rack Organizer
I received it on 10 june 2022
After that when I unboxed the product I saw that there were only few plastic sticks which were related to the product but was incomplete
I requested to return the product the delivery person didn’t accept the product by saying that the product is incomplete and I cannot take it.

If I would have the complete product why would I request to return the product by selecting the option incomplete product delivered.
I requested a customer care call I told them the problem they told me that they would come to pick the product but no one came today also.
I would beg to you to look at this problem and solve it as soon as possible.
