Payment via Debit card

  • I had order a phone in exchange to my old phone but the delivery guy rejected my phone and told my money will be refunded. It’s been more than a month every week I call the Amazon customer care for refund, initially they told me that they have already initiated and the delay is because of my bank. Then once again when I called they told me that they have not sent the transation number due to which my refund is delayed. Every second day I call them and they are giving the same reply that it will take time. Im really tired now. Please help me.
