I ordered an one iron box (USHA Aqua Glow Smart Steam Iron 2000 W) on 30/03/2023 at Amazon and received on 06/04/2023.
The product box not proper and the product was already opened Mark, screws removed mark and damaged same areas so I decided to return the product and it shows in Amazon only you make return on 16/04/2023 on that day I make a return but still return pickup not done. I received a message on 29/04/2023 your was cancelled and again I tried to return the product but it shows your was closed on 15/04/2023. Initially it’s shows return eligible on 16 April but now return closed 15 April. I can’t able to return the product what can I do with damaged product?
