I’m experiencing the worst experience from flipkart. I have ordered a bean bag from flipkart on 14th sep 2022 and the promised delivery date was 26th sep 2022. They couldn’t fulfill the delivery deadline, later they updated a new delivery date 3rd Oct and again 10th Oct .. still there is no update about where the product is or when it will be delivered. The most disgusting thing is inspite of this Flipkart doesn’t let the customers to cancel their product nor the customer care executive helps to cancel the same. They just cheating the customers by stealing their money like this and no update regarding the product at all. The worst customer care service which doesn’t help at all, they will only update what we already know or track from the order details. They won’t come up with any resolution to your problems. I literally beg them to at least cancel the product and initiate the refund for amount paid. They just don’t do anything for you and keep the money and never deliver the product on time.. attaching the image for your reference. I’m fed up of contacting the customer care . I request to take strict action against flipkart and their seller with penalties who believes in growing the business by cheating the customers
