Ear Sir, As i purchased Stylenova GenX 5.0 SMARTWATCH-FOLDABLE FLEXIBLE DISPLAY, i got the parcel today by cash on delivery option.
The product i received is not the product i ordered . They have sent a wrong products. The box contains of two ordinary watches like fasttrack. When I opened one of the watch glass is broken already. for your reference i am sending the pictures of the product. .
I trust you that you will be help me in this case. awaiting for your response please do the needful. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
