i have ordered “SCSPali 5 Mukhi Ganesh Ji Nepali Rudraksha ” from flipkart on on 5 august 2022
i have received completely Wrong item from flipkart (on 10 Aug 2022)
i have requested for return on 12 august 2022
pick up is done by flipkart’s Wish master on 14 august 2022
now refund is rejected from flipkart
called several times to customer support and they are asking for the product image. However product has been picked up by flipkart’s wish master , i did not have the product with me
i have the unboxing video of the product (which shows i have received completely different item shown from the image by the flipkart
i have the cctv footage of the wish master who picked up my product
