I have a commercial connection, and I have lost my customers many times due to the above problems. Many times my electrical equipment got damaged. The time taken to rectify the complaint is 4 hours but it takes 2/5 days to fix the problem. Always taken. Proper response is not given on complaint, the officials do not even pick up the phone.
