I have purchased Oneplus Nord CE 5G on 25-10-2021 on amazon website (order #ORDER # 405-8325295-0536306), the phone is hanging since the first day use. I am trying to return the product on 29/10/2021, however due to some error I could not return. I want to return / replace the product now, and Amazon is denying it as the return window is closed. Since it has been only 9 days from the product purchase, the phone is not upto the mark. please help me on this.
