Text of Complaint by Narinder Pal Singh:

HI, myself Narinder Pal Singh hold a business PayPal account and I had been using the same account for more than the period of 2 Years. Unfortunately, due to few chargebacks ( money refunded by customer’s bank to their customers account if requested by customer) , PayPal limited my business account and eventually, stopped doing business with me on the pretext that my business of providing repairs and maintenance services for computers and other Networking devices was longer eligible to conduct any further business with my customers through PayPal because PayPal provides merchant services which is used by lot of people in India to receive funds directly from the customers using debit or credit cards. At that time, when my business PayPal account got limited or PayPal stopped doing business with my company and thus, more than $1000 USD charged by me from the customers got stuck in my PayPal. When I talked to the PayPal customer care, they said that the funds would only be released after 180 days after deducting any obligations of the customers or chargeback amounts or refunds requested by customers. Now, on 12th September when I checked my account, there was zero funds and I found out that PayPal has transferred the amount $599.82 USD to their own PayPal account instead of crediting my linked account with the same account ($599.82 USD). And when I contacted their customer care, they said that PayPal will not release the funds . I told the customer care that I want to talk your higher management and they refused to connect my call with the concerned authorities and now consumer court’s are my only hope that I will get my money back because the non-release funds belongs to my customer who paid the service charge to me in return for the services availed by customer and rendered by me. I have attached the screenshot of the funds transferred by PayPal into its own account.
