Text of Complaint by Hiren Raval:

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the extremely
unsatisfactory and distressing experience I have had with Park Riviera Holiday and its employees, specifically Mr.
Ravi, Mr. Nikunj, and Miss Kiran.
I had availed of the services of Park Riviera Holiday by making a payment of Rs. 88,000 for a holiday package.
However, the services provided by the company and the behavior of its employees have been highly disappointing.
I would like to highlight the following grievances:
Lack of Communication:
Despite repeated attempts, I have not received any calls from the company regarding my concerns. Moreover, my
calls have been intentionally blocked, preventing me from reaching out for assistance.
Unprofessional Email Responses:
The responses to my emails have been inadequate and unprofessional, lacking the necessary information and
resolution to address my concerns.
False Commitments:
Mr. Ravi, Mr. Nikunj, and Miss Kiran have consistently provided fake commitments, making promises that were not
fulfilled. This has led to a loss of trust in the company’s services.
Mental Harassment:
As a blood pressure patient, the mental harassment caused by the company’s lack of proper service and the constant
evasion of my calls has significantly increased my stress levels, adversely affecting my health.
In light of the above, I kindly request the intervention of the Consumer Court to address this matter urgently. I am
seeking a full refund of the amount of Rs. 88,000, as the company has failed to deliver the promised services and has
caused me considerable mental distress.
I have attached copies of relevant documents, including payment receipts, email correspondence, and any other
supporting evidence for your reference.
I trust that the Consumer Court will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the
situation. I am hopeful that you will ensure justice is served and that such unethical practices are curtailed to protect
the rights of consumers.
