Today 28/10/2020 I got my order of airpod combo but when I open the box. There is a local bluetoth lead instead of airpods. I also record a video of unboxing the box. I did not get any confirmation message from the courier service (Ecomexpress), when I got wrong order I call to a delivery boy who come to deliver the order to me, he pick up the call but there is no voice coming from the other side (maybe due to network issue). When I look at the box for return address “Dealzone, seller address: plot number industrial area Delhi 110081, New delhi – 110081” and the route code is UP\KPH\ORA. Order ID is 26oct2675. The price of airpod is 1599 and the bluetooth lead which I received I not near 1000 rupees. The dimensions of the box is 1x1x1. The box is pretty large for air pod. I search on Google for how to return the courier, I was searching and I got the image of the order send by Ecomexpress by other person who also get the wrong order. At last I just want to tell you that if we got this type of fraud then it is unsafe to buy anything from internet. I request you to solve this matter and exchange the bluetooth lead with airpod ASAP.
