On March 6th, I ordered a OnePlus 12R 5G from Flipkart at a special price of 7% off. However, without my knowledge, my order was cancelled by Flipkart. When I contacted the Flipkart team, they informed me that the seller had cancelled my order due to a price error. But when I placed my order, the special price was displayed and even the billing mentioned the same. When I asked the Flipkart team about this discrepancy, one person said it was a price error, while another said the offer was valid for a certain time. Even the Flipkart team seemed unsure about the situation. Despite multiple attempts to reach the Flipkart team, I didn’t receive a proper resolution. Now, I have wasted my time and will have to wait for the refund amount before placing a new order and waiting for delivery.
