I am actually very disappointed with the service of airtel. I waited more than 6 months for their service. But there’s no improvement. It is getting worse day by day. Everytime I call customer care. They only say me to have patience. It has been more than 6 months I’ve kept my patience and dealing this network everyday. I am not able to watch a video, do my online classes and many more. It has just been embarrassing calling customer care every month but there is not a single sign of improvement of network in my place. There’s lot of people who’re facing the same problem since months. And they are complaining too but no improvement. I am totally disappointed. I am not even able to change my network due to this lockdown. I just want a strict decision with my complaint. I hope you understand.
