I would like to make a complaint about the nasal mucosa cleaning device, which is not the one I ordered on the
package number 33332288804.
I myself ordered the nasal mucosa cleaning device called Fivfivgo, which was offered for sale at a price of 11,600 forints.
My problem is not with the price, but with the crap of the device, which is a Chinese dud, incapable of functioning. There is no identifiable inscription on the device (?), there is no on/off button, there is no button to adjust the suction power level, so it does not work.
So it is understandable that there was no Hungarian description in the box of the so-called device, which would be a legal requirement.
I am sorry for this bad joke they played on me.
However, I do not wish to pursue their bad joke in legal proceedings, nor do I ask for my money back, all I want is, after the previous 12 days of waiting, to send the real and working Fovfivgo or Cartfilling device, which I would be happy to use for allergy reasons.
AN ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION for me is the EXCHANGE OF THE DEVICE BY COURIER.
