On 26/3/21 I sent an amount of 10000 to my father via phone pay. The money debited from my account, but is not credited to receiver’s bank account (sbi). In receiver’s phone pay app history it is showing that, the money is credited, but actually it is not correct. I checked his bank statement till yesterday and there is no such transaction. This is cheating. I want a right solution for this from phone pay.
