Text of Complaint by Sandeep singh:

I was paying my exam nios 12 standard fees so I choosed, one of the option is broad e gateway. The money has been deducted from my account but it couldn’t be paid by merchant to nios.
It has been 3 days. I did payment on 7 June now it has been 9 June.
I didn’t get any refund from the merchant I want to get refund my money as soon as possible
But, my merchant didn’t get the money or the amount that didn’t refund to my bank account. All transaction details has been given below. Kindly take take an action against Baroda E Gateway Payment provider
