I ordered a combo of 3 traditional dresses of rs. 799 from The Magical Vibes online site on 7th August 2022. I received a courier of dresses which I ordered from site through DTDC on 17th August 2022. The courier delivery person denied to open the courier in front of him and took rs. 799 n ran away without answering any questions. I later opened courier to check so i received all used, dirty, torn clothes like as if they had picked if from a dustbin. They stinked a lot.
Now we are trying to reach them but site is not accessible nor even they are picking up the call.
