We have placed an order for some garments with order no T-8015 and confirmed the order buy paying amount from bank transfer on 07 July, 2020 but till now no response and more than that now the website https://theluckymen.com/30471192675/orders/3d40cb179e87df4644f5159a517aad4b/authenticate?key=62fb69063f4ee67c1714c65164d85dc2 is not working please see the order confirmed email screen shot

Raise a complaint on RAZORPAY site, or any other payment gateway like CCAVENUE.
Mention your order number and razorpay payment ID.
I have got my refund from RAZORPAY so am suggesting to all.
