I ordered a subway sandwich – “Hara bara sandwich” through Zomato on 21st March, 2023 at 2.04 p.m. to my workplace. The order arrived early and when I opened the package the patty was missing from the sandwich. It is driving me crazy how can you miss a patty in the sub?
I didn’t pay Rs.245 for just bread and vegetables.
On raising a complaint at Zomato customer care, they gave me 3 options
1. Bring me the correct item
2. 250 OFF on next order
3. Leave the issue without any resolution
It’s atrocious they have to pay my money back instead of making me order from them again and get 250 off. Why would I order through such stupid people again?
They made me wait for long time on all and since I had to get back to my clients at the office I had opted for option 2 – Coupon for 250 rupees off on next order.
But they have the audacity to not provide the coupon also
I have attached the invoice order summary and proof for the incorrect order.
I hope the consumer complaint take a strict action on it, at their earliest convenience.
And get my money back from them.
