I am working from home for a very long time and 90% of the work is dependent on internet. Airtel Broadband (service provider) has been giving really bad responses for the complaints what i raise. the issues are still persisting and delayed for months like ‘ I been offered a better speed in 3 months of taking the connection, its been more that an year and my upload speed is 0.50mb – that makes it really impossible to even attach a file in my mail. and frequent disconnection and no one responds.

they have provided an app and the app will take complaints by itself and there is not even an option to type or talk to some one.

form last 4 days there is frequent disconnection and its effecting my work badly as in creating issues to my work and causing me loss. what ever they offer in the Ads are all fake and its just done for promotion purpose.

 

This would be the first time I am writing a comment for any service which I could have used. This is the worst of all internet broadband service. They have done whatever ever best to make the service REAL BAD.

# Thanks app takes if it feels like taking a complaint

# Call center which knows there is a Service request pending from 5 days and no solution is given.

# technicians who come without even proper tools or a faulty modem to replace.

# And the App “Thanks” should be named “Sucks” as it does only the job of up-selling you something and only for making payments with no support.

# and calls from the sales to upgrade the plan where your service request on your complaint is pending from weeks.

The above are the actual services that are offered by Airtel. Any of you who would like to take their service with all the above mentioned Glorious offerings …

  1. Hi this is swati i was using ur airtel broadband from last 1 year. In between service got pathetic so i told them to switch off the connection as it was not making sense to keep the connection but still the connection was not disconnected.

    I m not in the condition to pay the bill i already told them to wave off previous month still ur executive are calling again and again harrasing me like any thing…. This is not the way to treat the customer.

    So please stop all this and switch off my connection and increase ur service don’t give pathetic service…..
    Ur response will be appreciated
