First of all I want to say that By the time I bought Airtel’s SIM card, it was working well. I mean calling and internet were going very well,
But for the last 2,3 months, your Airtel internet was not working at all So, I complained from your Airtel thanks app, it took him 8,9 days to solve my complaint. I was very angry at this but I controlled myself. But put a little patience I thought the problem would be solved but nothing happened
On the contrary, I had to complain 5.6 times, but I expected it to be solved, but it didn’t.
I am very angry that your Airtel internet is not working properly during these 5,6 days. Important things were not happening, I was very angry about this We are paying for your recharge plans but you are not providing good service at all You’re just doing customer harassment
I don’t know the rest but solve my problem as soon as possible
