Using Airtel since past 7 years, good service but since last year I have experienced the worst service from The internet coverage in our area is very poor, that we have to go out on road for the internet connectivity. When I start my work the internet goes off directly. i am not able to work from home. I have tried every possible way to get my issue resolved, I have mailed the nodal officer, appellate authority, customer n every possible authority but I did not receive any satisfactory solution for my problem. I have even changed my sim card but of no use , the issue still continues. The past one year has been very disappointing for me since i could not use my phone sitting in my home, I have to step out of house for the internet connection. Pls provide me a better solution to the problem and as soon as possible.
