Hi I am writing this regarding my order of shoe racks
I ordered using online website and then I received different order then what I ordered.
Now I am trying to login the website there are no details I only have EKART Logistics tracking number.
STLC8000459190
The received order is not at all matching the item I ordered and the recieve one is defected.
They charged 999 for this small thing.
Which says merchant name as SHIFTO 1 kg
Please help me get my money back.
