Basing on the advertisement I placed order to purchase a robot for my child by paying the payment online through me debit card and the company duly acknowledge my order and receiving of payment but after passing stipulated time the company has not send the product to me. The exonshop is a fraud and fake company please initiate proceeding against the aforesaid company if possible or provide address so I sue him in the court
